Registering online is a great way to keep track of all of your account details weather it’s making a payment or reserving equipment. 24/7 access gives you full account control from anywhere at any time. 

Already have a U-Haul account?

1. Click the link below to be re-directed to u-haul.com

2. Sign in to your account and go to “My Dashboard”

3. If your storage unit is not already showing up under “My Storage,” click on the “Find my storage unit” link

4. You MUST enter the same primary phone number as listed on your contract as well as your unit number

5. Once your unit is found and the information is verified, you now have full access to all your account details including online payments

New to U-Haul?

1. Click the link below to be re-directed to u-haul.com

2. Click on “Create Account” to register as a new customer

3. Once you are registered, your storage unit should automatically show up in the “My Dashboard” under “Storage Units”

4. If your unit does not show, click the “Find my storage unit” link

5. You MUST enter the same primary phone number as listed on your contract as well as your unit number

6. Once your unit is found and the information is verified, you now have full access to all your account details including online payments
